Services not covered by OHIP

As your family doctors, we are committed to provide you with the best medical care possible. however, some medical services are not covered by OHIP. These services, such as renewing prescriptions over the phone, filling in insurance forms and composing sick notes, can be very time-consuming.

We charge for uninsured services in accordance with the guidelines recommended by the Ontario Medical Association. (The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario billing guidelines are available at www.cpso.on.ca.)

Fees for uninsured services are based on the fee schedule recommended by the Ontario Medical Association and are payable on receiving them.
